- Acne begins on the inside of the body, not on the surface of the skin. Drink plenty of water - at least eight glasses per day - to help detoxify your body and cure acne. Also eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
- An oily hair may also lead to acne problems. So shampoo your hair twice a week. Maintain your weight by proper exercises and have good sleep.
- Grind saffron with coconut milk and using a brush rub the pimple area with little force.
- Make a mixture of carrot juice and mango juice and apply to face.
- Rub Jhadhikkai ( tamil nattu marundhu) and apply to the pimples.
