How to treat a defective vision

Here are some home remedies which you can follow to improve vision:
  • Increase the intake of food rich in Vitamin A like raw spinach, milk cream, cheese, butter, tomatoes, cabbage, soya beans, fresh milk, oranges and dates.

  • Taking carrot juice regularly helps in correcting defective vision.

  • Sungazing is another effective treatment for defective vision. When you go to a park, sit on the bench and face the sun with closed eyes for about 10 minutes. Open your eyes and blink for ten times while looking at the sun.
