    Home treatment for anti aging? Does it really work?  Just think about our mothers and grand mothers.  Did they go to the beauty parlors and worried about how to look young.  Even after giving birth to half-a-dozen children, they looked young.  Especially, they managed to have younger looking skin with their own home remedies.  The main problem for women starts after 30 years.  Till such time, most of the women actually don't care about their skin.  But this carelessness will start reflecting as the age advances and that is when they go to parlor and do all sorts of facials, look for various skin products and spend lot of money.  So, the lesson we have to learn here is, follow our mothers and our grand mothers.  Though they may not be fashionable, yet they look young and healthy for their age.  Please read below the tips on looking younger.

  • If you want to maintain a young body, eat ripe papaya everyday.  Papaya is rich in anti oxidants due high presence of Vitamin A.  Papaya helps in removing the dead cells in a natural way.
  • Vitamins A, B, C and potassium are very essential to maintain youthfulness. Take food which are rich in these.

  • Take fresh leaves of cabbage as it helps in anti ageing.

  • Amla is one of the prestigious herbs that prevent aging and promote longevity. It has been found to be the most abundant source of Vitamin C containing as much as 20 times that of an orange. It is supposed to rejuvenate all the organ systems of the body, provide strength and wellness. It also helps us to keep away from all the diseases by boosting our immune system.

  • Diet sweetened with honey could decrease anxiety, improve memory and help prevent aging.

  1. Perform regular exercise, this can launching the flow of blood / lymph nodes, so that the intake of nutrients and oxygen to the cells be better and expedite the formation of new skin cells, so it will slowing the skin aging process
